 When you start with us, you will receive 28 days of paid annual leave (inclusive of bank and public holidays) which increases with each complete year of service, up to a maximum of 33 days' holiday.


Staff also receive a loyalty reward at 5, 10, 15 and 20 years' service.

Childcare

Team members working at Selca Day Nursery are eligible for reduced childcare costs. These reduced fees are available for our permanent staff members and are as follows;

  • 10% discount on fees for all team members.
  • 15% discount on fees for Team Leaders.
